noise isolation delayed shuttle
My time was not without its issues. The noise isolation in the rooms leaves much to be desired. I could hear neighboring guests quite clearly, especially at night and there was a regrettable lack of soundproofing. the advertised shuttle service to nearby areas such as Chaweng was frequently delayed. I experienced wait times exceeding 40 minutes on two separate occasions. This made planning excursions somewhat frustrating. Punctuality is essential.

Excellent Villa and Dining Experience
spacious villa large pool iced water shuttle service
The villa was spacious. I enjoyed its large pool and expansive deck. I found iced water service at both the beach and pool areas very convenient. The breakfast had a comprehensive menu. I used and liked the shuttle service to Lamai and Chaweng. Mini-bar items were complimentary.
The resort is on a cliff. No walking paths exist. It needs golf carts for transportation.

The resort is located near a gorgeous sandy cove that allows snorkeling. Guests may explore the cove using kayaks, providing some recreational options, and the views are wonderful!

The resort has three restaurants. Each restaurant provides different views, and meals include fresh, delicious ingredients. The buffet includes a selection of a la carte items, though service at the pool bar is limited!

Our villa had a comfortable bed. The linens and towels were freshened daily, and the rooms were prepared each night. Luxe toiletries were provided and thoughtfully replenished every day. I really liked it.
